Altar Guild and Flowers Opportunities:  Thank you to those who have added their names to the list on the bulletin board at Ascension. Please check to see if you can assist on any remaining slots.

The Prayer List for "those in need of healing" and "those serving in the Military" will be redone soon.  Anyone wishing to add someone and keep someone on these lists, please call the Church Office (946-5498) and leave a message with the following information:
For military - full name and branch of service
For Healing - first name of person that needs healing, your name, your phone number, and the number of weeks you want them on the list. 

Small Church Workshop,  St. Elizabeth's, Roanoke - Sat., Sep. 30, 10AM-2PM
Join members of other small churches to gain simple, inexpensive tools to help us share existing resources to best effect.
